At Acceleration we use this foam roller as a gentle introduction to the "Trigger Ball". It does a fantastic job of helping with flexibility and myofascial release. These blue foam rollers take a very long time to breakdown so you know that you are buying something which will last. We tend to use foam rollers for the IT Band, Latissimus Dorsi, Lower Back, and Quadriceps.
