Level 5-8 Dynamic Warm-Ups for Swimming will progress you further to being ultimately prepared for training and competition. You'll find that after completing all of the levels that you will have learned a lot of about your body and which exercises are your favourites. Make up your own routine but also be sure to switch your exercises around to keep you fresh and motivated.
