Tennis

Tennis is a sport which is played all year round with very little breaks from the physical grind of competition. Therefore we have developed a series of programs that will help to build a good strength base during the off-season and maintain what you have achieved during your competition year. 

It is important that you stay injury free during your competition season which can be hard to do during periods of high volume skill training. It is important therefore to complete good quality speed and strength work during the off-season. During the season these changes can be maintained because the body has been properly conditioned during the off-season.
