Triathlon

Triathlon is an endurance sport that is becoming more popular every year. There are plenty of great training programs out there, but often the strength component in neglected or deemed ‘not as important’ as training for the three disciplines. However, triathlon is a sport that is highly repetitious in it’s movements, and has a high training load. Taking care of your body needs to be your priority, or you might be out for the season. The stronger you are, the better you move and the slower you fatigue.

Below you will find a program to help you become a stronger competitor. 

Each Program includes the following components.  Click on the links below to see an example of each type of exercise.

After you have made your purchase, an email will be sent to you with your username and password. From there, you can access your programs and view all of the exercises in the forms of text, photos and videos - all online.  Your access and print out this program for 1 month.

Try the Level 1 program and then progress through each level to create a phenomenal resource that you can use even when you travel (you can just login from anywhere in the world and get your program!).   The junior levels are for younger athletes (around 12 to 17 years). The senior programs start to incorporate free weights and involve more advance exercises, therefore these are more appropriate for 18 year olds and up.
